These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the brentavo.com website and the information services of Brentavo s. r. o.
1. Operator
The operator of the platform is Brentavo s. r. o., with its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 23, 851 01 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 218 943, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 184562/B.
2. Subject of the service
Brentavo operates an information platform on real estate crowdfunding projects in the Slovak Republic. The company acts as a crowdfunding service provider under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
3. Investment risk
Investing in real estate projects involves risk, including the loss of part or all of the invested amount. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Please carefully read the project memorandum before investing.
4. Investor qualification
Before signing a contract, the investor must complete the entry knowledge and risk awareness test in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
5. Liability
Brentavo does not provide individual investment advice. The information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to subscribe for securities.
6. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. Brentavo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
