Privacy Policy
Brentavo s. r. o., with its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 23, 851 01 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 218 943 (hereinafter „Brentavo“ or „we“), as the controller, processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Data we process
We process the data you provide via contact forms: full name, email address and optionally a phone number. During the investor onboarding we also process identification data required by law (AML/KYC).
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to send you investment materials, communicate about projects and to manage pre-contractual relations. The legal basis is your consent, the legitimate interest of the controller, or compliance with a legal obligation.
3. Retention period
We keep the data during the pre-contractual relationship, but no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example a 10-year retention obligation for accounting documents).
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with our cloud service provider within the EU, with legal and tax advisors, and on the basis of law with public authorities, in particular the National Bank of Slovakia.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. You can withdraw your consent at any time at privacy@brentavo.com.
