Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing in construction and developer projects. It means joining your capital with other investors and together participating in real estate projects that would otherwise be hard to access for an individual.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the defined milestones are reached, profits are distributed proportionally to all participants based on the size of their investment.
